Our Maintenance team are trained to prolong the efficiency and lifespan of your Air Conditioning Systems. Temp Air Solutions Ltd offer three levels of Maintenance Contract.

  • BASIC – Routine Visits Only and priority call out response.
  • STANDARD – Routine Visits and Call Outs Visits Included along with priority response.
  • COMPREHENSIVE – All Inclusive Contract, Routine and Service Call outs Included. Parts supplied and repairs carried out along with priority response.

We can set up a PPMP (Planned Preventive Maintenance Program) bespoke to your needs, which consists of regular visits to your equipment. The engineer will clean and carry out a variety of methods to test your systems performance and efficiency. All include routine testing, Cleaning and disinfecting, system lubrication and general wear inspection. Any faults will be reported and quoted or repaired if the equipment is under warranty.

Our maintenance inspections are carried out on an annual, bi-annual or quarterly basis dependant on the application and equipment environment. Be assured our experienced and highly trained maintenance team will keep your equipment operating to an optimum.

Alongside our maintenance PPMP service, we at Temp Air Solutions Ltd offer service break down call outs to all Air Conditioning, Chillers and Cooling Systems. Our Service team are prompt, smart, efficient and polite. We operate this service 5 days a week, 8.30am to 5.30pm. If you are a Maintenance Contract customer you can also benefit from our Emergency 24hr Call out service. This means that if you experience any problems or breakdowns on your system we will dispatch one of our team to attend your system, usually within 24hrs or even during busy times the next working day. A regular service contractor such as Temp Air Solutions Ltd will provide you with a direct port-of-call. This allows us to keep a history of any equipment problems to enable a prompt repair on any call outs. With prior knowledge of your systems we can ensure we have the parts or equipment on board on the initial visit.
