We do prefer to carry out maintenance work on a yearly fixed price contract basis as this prevents any discrepancies on charges. All additional work would be quoted to prevent job costs escalating above expectations.

All Maintenance Contract customers are given priority response during busy periods. However we will normally be in attendance to any breakdown within 24hrs.
We keep our client base within a 60 mile radius of Coventry to ensure a good response to all our clients.
